✈️ How To Make Sure Your Bag Doesn’t Get Lost While Flying
Multiple members of Team Clark have suffered lost checked luggage on fights in the last few years.
It’s a stressful situation – one in which you often don’t get much help from your airline. It can cut into your vacation time, your wallet or clutter your business trip with an even heavier itinerary.
If you can avoid checking luggage at all, as Clark does virtually always, it’ll help. Nonstop flights earlier in the day also can increase your odds of avoiding such a mishap.
But Afar recently put together a list with more tips to avoid a lost bag. Here are some of them.
Always use a luggage tag.
Put your contact info inside the bag as well.
Take old stickers off your luggage.
Add an AirTag (or equivalent) to each bag.
Don’t check in at the last minute.
Make your bag distinctive (ex.: tie a bright ribbon to it).
