🏘️ +10.6%: Increase in U.S. new single-family home sales in the month of July. The seasonally adjusted annual rate of 739,000 homes equaled the highest since May 2023. The rate of increase was also the sharpest since August 2022. Reuters indicated that a drop in mortgage rates boosted demand.
