⚖️ Remote vs. Office Tug-of-War Finding Equilibrium?
The buzzword for office workers in recent years has migrated from “remote” to “hybrid” and now possibly to “flexible.”
Most businesses have settled into a new normal in the aftermath of a sort of work-from-home by necessity experiment during the onset of COVID-19.
In general, business owners often want employees in the office more often and employees often want to be home more. But the data indicates a lot of businesses are finding a happy middle ground.
A new study says 62% of employees would take a pay cut of at least 10% in order to get more schedule flexibility. Still, 94% of workers say you can convince them to come to the office.
The percentage of people working in offices vaulted back from 41% in 2022 to 66% this year. And three days a week in the office has become the most popular hybrid work model.
