🏘 Airbnb Announces Additional Services
Airbnb has evolved way beyond a hotel alternative where you sometimes get asked to do some household chores.
Now you can book all sorts of vacation-related services through the company.
In 2025, it relaunched “Airbnb Experiences,” which is a competitor to Viator and others. It offers tours, activities and group outings.
Airbnb also introduced a close cousin called “Airbnb Originals” in a small batch, including cooking with famous chefs, sports experiences tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and fashion consultations with celebrity stylists.
It also launched “Airbnb Services,” which includes:
Private chefs
Catering
Photoshoots
Personal training
Massage therapy
Spa treatments
Hair, makeup and nail services
Now the company is rolling out another suite of services just in time for summer.
Grocery delivery. Airbnb is partnering with Instacart to deliver groceries straight to your booking location. You can even pre-stock the place before you arrive. You get free delivery and $10 off orders of $50 or more in 25 U.S. cities.
Airport pickups. Book private cars through “Welcome Pickups.” Get 20% off every ride in 160 cities worldwide.
Store your luggage. Checking out but need a place to stash your stuff for a while? Store your bags nearby through Bounce. Get 15% off in 175 different cities with more than 15,000 storage locations.
Car rental. Airbnb will suggest the right car for your group size and allow you to book in the app. Get a 20% credit rebated to you on your first car rental that you can use toward your next stay, experience or select services.
It’s not clear how competitive Airbnb will be on pricing or quality. But it seems like welcome news in a sector where more choice and competition tends to be better for consumers.

🎙 Podcast
Having bought and sold a massive amount of real estate himself, Clark explains why so many sellers fail to realize that their homes are either looking lazy or completely killing the buyer’s fantasy. If you want your home to stand out in today's market, you have to nail the first impression. Clark breaks down how to stop turning buyers off and start getting offers. Also, Clark shares a terrifying cautionary tale that will make you think twice about choosing "paperless" billing. A systems glitch at Fidelity completely wiped out a Colorado woman's life savings, leaving her account balance at zero with no electronic record that she ever even existed. It took months of stressful battles with a flippant customer service department to restore her decades of hard work—all because she didn't have the paper trail. With recent cybersecurity threats like Anthropic’s Mythos sending U.S. banks scrambling to plug digital holes, a catastrophic data breach or foreign cyberattack could leave you entirely responsible for proving your own net worth. While Clark isn't telling you to stuff cash under your mattress, he is issued an urgent warning.
