America’s rich, a group that holds a record $167 trillion in wealth, often pay out to a variety of businesses and services.

According to a survey conducted by a private community platform catering to high net worth individuals, here are the most popular services that multimillionaires pay for.

  1. CPA Services: 82%

  2. Housekeeping: 64%

  3. Estate Attorney: 52%

  4. Gardener: 52%

  5. Private School: 46%

  6. Nanny: 42%

  7. Academic Tutor: 33%

  8. Day Care: 33%

  9. College Prep: 32%

  10. Wealth Manager: 32%

  11. Art/Music Coach: 26%

  12. Pet Care: 25%

  13. Therapy: 25%

  14. Pool Services: 18%

  15. Personal Trainer: 16%

The survey also asked respondents to grade their satisfaction for those services from 1 to 10. Personal trainer (9.3) and gardener (6.7) earned the distinction of most and least satisfying among the top 15.

🏡 53%: Share of U.S. homes that lost value in the last year as of October, according to Zillow. That’s the highest share of depreciation since 2012. The average drop is 9.7% but homes are down 91% in Denver, 89% in Austin and 88% in Sacramento.
