📱 T-Mobile Makes 2 Big Offers To Compete for Customers

T-Mobile responded to some accelerating postpaid customer churn in Q1, after a price and fee hike, by offering free DoorDash subscriptions to customers.

Customers must opt into this perk in the T-Mobile Tuesdays section of the T-Life app between July 8 and Aug. 4.

T-Mobile also is offering “Easy Upgrade,” which will pay off any remaining device payments if you switch from Verizon, AT&T, Spetrum, US Cellular or Xfinity.

That removes any hurdles around device payments locking users into contracts.

“T-Mobile will pay or you to eliminate your balance on up to four separate device payments that you have, providing as much as $800 per line. T-Mobile will also pay for your early termination fees if Verizon or your other carrier charges them,” The Street reported.

You can keep your existing device and get a new free phone from T-Mobile.
